New Bajaj Pulsar NS125 gets USB Type-C charging, hazard lights and new graphics, with a price increase of around Rs 1,000
Bajaj’s updated Pulsar NS125 has now surfaced in greater detail, following its initial dealership sighting last month. New details shared by Machine Rules provide a closer look at its styling, instrument console and switchgear, revealing a broader feature update.
New Black And Fluorescent Yellow Colour
The motorcycle pictured combines glossy black bodywork with fluorescent yellow graphics and contrasting grey panels. ‘125’ graphics cover the tank extensions, while matching highlights appear on the belly cowl, rear panels and wheel rims.
Pulsar NS125 retains its muscular fuel tank, angular tank shrouds, split seats and separate pillion grab rails. Headlamp styling, underbelly exhaust and twin-section tail lamp layout remain familiar. Slim LED turn indicators at both ends are among the more noticeable equipment changes.
Revised LCD Display
The updated instrument console uses an LCD display with a large central speed readout, a gear-position indicator and a tachometer extending across its upper section. Coloured tachometer markings provide contrast, while a clock, trip meter, fuel gauge and average fuel-economy readout are also visible.
The screen additionally shows a refuel warning, side-stand indication and a ride mode. Earlier there were only 3 ride modes – Rain, Road, Off-Road. Now there is 4th mode, Sport mode on offer.
LED Indicators, Hazard Switch And Type-C Charging
Close-up photographs reveal a dedicated red hazard-light button on the right-hand switchgear, positioned above the engine run/stop control. This accompanies the new LED indicators, replacing the conventional indicators seen on the motorcycle in our earlier dealer images.
A USB Type-C charging port is positioned to the left of the instrument display. It sits beneath a protective cover, making it accessible from the cockpit. Together, these additions give NS125 a more comprehensive convenience package while retaining its familiar overall layout.
Price Increase Of Around Rs 1,000
With this update there comes a price increase of approximately Rs 1,000. For reference, current NS125 range starts from about Rs 1 lakh for the base variant. Hardware includes conventional telescopic front forks, a rear monoshock with a red spring, alloy wheels and a front disc brake with ABS. The rear continues with a drum brake. NS125 uses a 124.45cc engine producing 12 PS and 11 Nm.
