After lowering the entry-level price point of BYD Sealion 7 in India, the company has just launched a new Limited Edition version of their flagship SUV. Priced at Rs 50.6 lakh (Ex-sh), the BYD Sealion 7 Limited Edition for India’s festive period is limited to just 150 units and all of them get a new Tan & Black interior theme.
BYD Sealion 7 Limited Edition
Based exclusively on the mid-spec Premium trim level, BYD Sealion 7 Limited Edition has been launched at Rs 50.6 lakh (Ex-sh). Standard Sealion 7 Premium trim is priced at Rs 49.9 lakh (Ex-sh), making the new Limited Edition Rs 70,000 more expensive than the Premium trim it is based on.
Limited Edition of Sealion 7 is part of BYD India’s ‘Celebrate Your Dreams with BYD’ campaign and it is limited to just 150 units across India. For that Rs 70,000 extra, prospective buyers are getting exclusivity of Tan & Black interior theme which the Standard Sealion 7 trim misses out on, making it a desirable and unique proposition.
The premium Nappa leather upholstery, now gets the Tan & Black theme and then the same is extended to dashboard and door trims as well. When compared to the mono-tone upholstery colours offered on Standard Sealion 7 Premium trim, the new Tan & Black theme looks sporty and sophisticated.
Other attributes like 360 cameras, ADAS suite, panoramic glass roof, powered tailgate, double glazed glass, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, HUD, 15.6-inch rotatable display, 12-speaker DYNAUDIO system, ventilated front seats, driver’s memory seats, 19-inch alloy wheels, up to 558L storage (Trunk + Frunk), 11 KW AC charger, all LED lighting, dual-zone climate control along with 82.56 kWh battery with 308 bhp RWD motor are similar to Standard Premium trim.
