The 2027 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was recently unveiled in overseas markets. It gets a slew of new colours and no mechanical changes as part of the MY27 updates. Here is a look at the images of the motorcycle.
The design of the bike is the same and that’s not a bad thing considering how good the Ninja ZX-6R looks. What adds to the appearance is the new colours-Lime Green with blue detailing, new Metallic Spark Black with Metallic Flat Spark Black and Metallic Matte Carbon Gray with Metallic Spark Black.
The Metallic Spark Black and Metallic Flat Spark Black is the all stealth colour and should help one ride or should we say fly under the radar. The Lime Green colour, meanwhile, is at the opposite end of the spectrum and one can probably spot it from a mile.
Under the attractive bodywork is a sweet, rev happy inline-four cylinder engine that displaces 636cc and develops 128bhp and 70Nm. It is known for its top end rush and the accompanying sound that feels rather special.
In terms of the chassis, the bike has an aluminium perimeter frame that is suspended by a 41mm USD Showa fork with rebound and compression damping and a fully-adjustable monoshock.
There is a comprehensive set of features that includes power modes, traction control, quickshifter, ABS and more.
The 2027 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is expected to go on sale in India in a few months time.
