Updated Elevate brings revised styling, a more premium cabin, additional convenience features and improved noise insulation, while retaining its 1.5-litre petrol engine
Honda Cars India has launched the Elevate facelift, bringing a substantial update to its midsize SUV. The changes go beyond exterior styling, with front and rear ventilated seats, powered front seats, a 360-degree camera and upgraded Honda Sensing among the key additions.
The updated lineup includes SV, V, VX, ZX and the new ZX+ trim, alongside a ZX+ Black version. First introduced in September 2023, the Elevate now gets a broader equipment package to strengthen its appeal in the competitive midsize SUV segment.
Honda Elevate facelift introductory prices start at Rs 11.80 lakh for the SV trim, unchanged from the outgoing model. The V and VX trims start at Rs 12.29 lakh and Rs 13.93 lakh, respectively, marking increases of just Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,000. ZX now starts at Rs 15.39 lakh, an increase of Rs 21,000, while the new range-topping ZX+ starts at Rs 16.80 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
Honda Elevate Facelift – New Design And Colours
The facelift introduces a redesigned front fascia, with styling that recalls the Honda WR-V TrailSport HRC Concept displayed at Tokyo Auto Salon 2026. A larger mesh grille sits below a connected tri-bar LED lighting signature, while the Honda badge moves to the leading edge of the bonnet.
Gloss-black detailing, revised headlamp surrounds and a redesigned bumper give the front a sharper appearance. Contrasting elements around the fog-lamp housings and lower bumper further distinguish the updated SUV.
The familiar silhouette continues, complemented by new alloy-wheel finishes. At the rear, connected LED tail lamps extend towards the central Honda badge, while the bumper and skid-plate treatment have also been revised. Connected front and rear lighting is available from the VX trim.
Nordic Forest Pearl joins the colour palette, alongside Crystal Black Pearl, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic and Platinum White Pearl. Dual-tone choices include Nordic Forest Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic and Platinum White Pearl.
Reworked Cabin With Front And Rear Ventilated Seats
Inside, the dashboard’s earlier faux-wood treatment makes way for a revised design with an ivory-and-black theme. Higher trims gain soft-touch dashboard and door surfaces, gloss-black garnishes and perforated ivory leather seats. Wraparound ambient lighting extends across the dashboard and doors.
Front ventilated seats are introduced on ZX, while the new ZX+ adds rear ventilated seats, which Honda describes as a segment-first feature. ZX+ also brings an eight-way powered driver’s seat and a four-way powered front passenger seat.
The ZX+ Black offers an alternative appearance with gloss-black 17-inch alloy wheels, an all-black cabin, black leather upholstery and black-finished interior garnishes and knobs.
360-Degree Camera And Updated Honda Sensing
The new ZX+ trim adds a 360-degree surround-view camera and front parking sensors. Honda’s LaneWatch camera is available from VX, while ZX gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen and an eight-speaker audio system.
Other equipment includes a one-touch electric sunroof, wireless smartphone charging and a PM2.5 air-quality display with an automatic clean-air function on VX. ZX adds an auto-dimming interior mirror and capacitive-touch cabin spot lamps.
Honda Sensing gains Low-Speed Follow for its adaptive cruise control, with the feature applicable to CVT versions. The suite also includes collision mitigation braking, lane keeping assistance, road departure mitigation, auto high beam and lead-car departure notification.
Rear disc brakes, an electric parking brake and auto brake hold are introduced on CVT variants from the V trim. V also adds two rear USB-C ports, a reversing camera and Honda Connect with a three-year subscription.
Improved Cabin Insulation
Honda has also worked on reducing engine and road noise. Changes include thicker instrument-panel duct insulation, higher-density acoustic layers, a new septum layer and additional acoustic material around the fender arches.
According to Honda, these measures improve cabin quietness during cruising and acceleration, while reducing noise intrusion in everyday driving. This makes refinement another significant part of the facelift alongside its expanded feature list.
Same 1.5-Litre Petrol Engine
The Elevate continues with its 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated i-VTEC petrol engine producing 121 PS and 145 Nm. Transmission choices remain a six-speed manual and a CVT, with paddle shifters on applicable CVT variants.
Honda highlights E20 compatibility and WLTP compliance for the updated engine. The SUV also retains its 220 mm ground clearance. Though many were waiting, Hybrid Elevate has not launched.
