Honda has revealed the full specifications of the Rebel 300 for its standard and E-Clutch versions. Both variants share the same engine, chassis, suspension setup, and features. Meanwhile, the E-Clutch variant gets Honda’s electronic clutch technology.

Powering the Honda Rebel 300 is a 286.01cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 27.6bhp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 24.5Nm at 6,250rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The standard model gets an assist and slipper clutch, while the E-Clutch variant brings Honda’s E-Clutch technology to the cruiser. The E-Clutch allows automated clutch operation during starts, stops and gear changes, while retaining the conventional gear lever.
The Rebel 300 comes equipped with an LED projector headlamp, TFT instrument cluster with Honda RoadSync Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and a USB Type-C charging port. Both variants are also equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard. The motorcycle rides on a 130/90-16 front tyre and a 150/80-16 rear tyre, while suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers.

The Honda Rebel 300 has a long wheelbase of 1,506mm and an extremely accessible low seat height of 690mm. However, the ground clearance is a paltry 129mm, which could prove to be an issue over large-sized speedbreakers. Dimensionally, the motorcycle measures 2,200mm in length, 808mm in width and 1,125mm in height.
Both variants get an 11.2-litre fuel tank. The standard variant has a kerb weight of 173kg, while the E-Clutch version tips the scales at 176kg. The standard Rebel 300 is priced at Rs. 2.22 lakh, while the E-Clutch variant costs Rs. 2.62 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
