Jawa Yezdi and BSA Motorcycles are expanding their genuine spare-parts distribution network across India allowing customers, independent workshops and service partners to source authorised components beyond the companies’ regular dealership channels. The initiative is being rolled out through authorised distribution partners at multiple strategic locations across the country.
The strategy will improve parts procurement, increase availability and shorten service turnaround times across urban, semi-urban and emerging markets. This should mean owners no longer need to wait for a dealership to order and receive relatively routine replacement components before work can begin.
This is more useful for smaller cities as spare-parts distribution can cover a much wider area without requiring the investment involved in opening complete sales and service facilities. This gives Jawa Yezdi an easier way to support owners in markets where volumes may not yet justify a full dealership.
