A Classic 350 in Medallion Bronze has spied at at dealership with a different spoke-wheel setup – finally getting tubeless option on best selling RE.

After years of waiting, Royal Enfield could finally launch the much awaited practical update for the Classic 350, with spyshots from dealership showing the motorcycle equipped with what appears to be a tubeless-compatible spoke wheel. The Medallion Bronze Classic 350 retains its familiar retro design, but a closer look at the front wheel reveals a different rim and spoke attachment arrangement.

New Spoke-Wheel With Tubeless Tyre

The close-up images show a black-finished front rim with spokes attaching to a raised flange. This differs from the conventional arrangement in which spoke pass through the central section of the rim.

The visible construction appears consistent with a design intended to accommodate tubeless tyres. The motorcycle otherwise retains familiar components, including its telescopic front fork, front disc brake with ByBre caliper and ABS sensor ring.

Similar To Meteor Sundowner

The wheel design appears to resemble the tubeless spoke-wheel setup associated with the Meteor 350 Sundowner Edition, rather than the side-laced arrangement seen on the Goan Classic 350. For Classic buyers who prefer the appearance of spokes, such an option could remove one reason to choose alloy wheels.

Why Tubeless Spoke Wheels Matter

The main attraction is puncture-repair convenience. Many small tread punctures in a tubeless tyre can be temporarily plugged without removing the wheel, making roadside repairs more manageable. A conventional tube-type setup generally requires access to the inner tube to repair or replace it.

New Variant Or Accessory?

A limited-edition Classic 350 is one possible way to introduce the setup. Alternatively, Royal Enfield could offer the wheels through its accessories range, potentially allowing existing customers to upgrade where compatibility is approved. Launch is expected in coming days. Price and related details will be revealed at launch.

Updates Continue As Competition Grows

The tubeless spoke-wheel option would follow a series of updates to the Classic 350 this year. Royal Enfield introduced an assist-and-slipper clutch and USB Type-C fast charging on dual-channel ABS variants in July, followed by the Gorkha Edition in August and a new white colour in September. These additions have expanded the motorcycle’s appeal while retaining its familiar styling and J-series engine.

The updates also come as competition intensifies. Honda has refreshed its CB350 range, while the upcoming Triumph Bonneville 350 is expected to offer another alternative for retro motorcycle buyers. A tubeless spoke-wheel option could give Royal Enfield a practical upgrade to complement its recent colour and feature additions, helping strengthen the Classic’s position without changing the design that remains central to its appeal.

Royal Enfield Sales Breakup Sep 2026 – YoY

Classic 350 Remains Royal Enfield’s Bestseller

Classic 350 continued to lead Royal Enfield’s domestic sales in September 2026, recording 47,286 units against 40,449 units a year earlier. This represented 16.90% growth, outpacing the brand’s overall domestic increase of 6.83%. The model contributed 38.97% of Royal Enfield’s domestic volumes, underlining its importance to the lineup. A factory-approved tubeless spoke-wheel option could further strengthen its appeal by adding puncture-repair convenience while preserving the traditional styling buyers associate with the Classic.
