Tata Motors has extended its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) scheme to the Nexon EV, Curvv EV, Sierra EV and Harrier EV. The option was previously available only with the Tiago EV and Punch EV, and is now offered across Tata’s entire electric car range.
Under BaaS, the battery is paid for separately from the car, reducing the upfront price. The monthly battery payment depends on the battery size, down payment and loan tenure.
- BaaS expands to Tata’s full six-model EV range
- Battery payments are charged separately from the car
- Starting BaaS prices are up to Rs 7.30 lakh lower
BaaS scheme results in an upfront saving of up to Rs 7.30 lakh
