- Only 40 anniversary SR/F motorcycles will be made worldwide
- Gets carbon and billet parts with special anniversary detailing
- Zero will also introduce new colours across its 2027 range
Remember Zero. The American electric motorcycle manufacturer is marking two decades in business with a SR/F 20th Anniversary Limited Edition. This special SR/F receives a distinct Jet Black and gold treatment along with a selection of carbon-fibre and billet components.

Zero says only 40 motorcycles will be offered worldwide, split equally between North America and Europe. Twenty units are headed to each region and will be sold through participating Zero dealerships while stocks last.
The anniversary edition is based on the SR/F, which remains among Zero’s quickest road motorcycles. Its Z-Force 75-10 electric motor develops about 110bhp along with 190Nm of peak torque. Zero claims a city riding range of up to 283km.
It gets carbon-fibre front and rear mudguards, smoked indicators, black headlight wings and a black aluminium flyscreen. Black billet mirrors, bar ends, brake components and reservoir caps continue the darker theme, while gold details and dedicated 20th Anniversary graphics.

The current motorcycle gets a 6.6kW onboard charger as standard, with Zero claiming a 20-80 percent Level 2 charging time of around 1.4 hours. An optional rapid charger can reduce that figure to 43 minutes.
Zero’s anniversary plans are not limited to this special motorcycle either. The company is also preparing fresh colour schemes for its street and dual-sport motorcycles for the 2027 model year.
The milestone itself is significant. Zero traces its beginnings to 2006, when engineer Neal Saiki started working on electric motorcycles in a garage near Santa Cruz, California. Its portfolio has since expanded from lightweight electric off-road machines to street motorcycles, the SR/F and SR/S performance models, the DSR/X adventure bike, and more recently the smaller X Line and LS1 electric scooter.
