Axor Agera has been launched in India at Rs 9,251 (inclusive of taxes) as the brand’s latest performance-focused full-face helmet. The new model places greater emphasis on aerodynamics with an integrated rear spoiler, dedicated exhaust ventilation and a shell profile intended to improve stability at higher speeds. Axor’s official Indian website currently lists the Agera and its Raiz, Starry and Rush graphic versions at the same Rs 9,251 MRP.

The rear section has been integrated into the airflow management of the helmet. That spoiler is shaped to reduce drag and limit the amount of aerodynamic load transferred to the rider’s neck at speed. It also doubles as a rear exhaust outlet, allowing warm air travelling through the shell to escape behind the helmet.

Ventilation is arranged around a top intake, two brow-level vents positioned above the visor and a mouth vent. Air exits through the spoiler at the rear. Axor says this flow-through arrangement is intended to maintain cooling without disturbing the helmet’s aerodynamic profile. A chin curtain is included as well.

The shell is made from high-impact ABS and is paired with a four-density EPS liner. Axor’s global specifications list two outer shell sizes, with the smaller shell covering XS to M and the larger one covering L to XXL. The company claims this helps maintain more appropriate helmet proportions across different head sizes instead of relying purely on thicker or thinner internal padding.

Agera is quoted at approximately 1,650g (plus or minus 50g) on its India-specific Raiz listing. It carries ECE 22.06, DOT FMVSS 218 and Indian ISI certification. Axor says testing covers areas including energy attenuation, penetration resistance and retention strength.
