Windsor Indulge Edition gets Shadow Gold exterior paint, Urban Tan and Black upholstery and a standard rear entertainment screen, paired with a 38 kWh battery.

JSW MG Motor India has launched Windsor Indulge Edition at Rs 17,88,900, ex-showroom. The special edition arrives as MG says Windsor has reached over 80,000 families in 24 months. With Indulge Edition, the company is expanding the model’s appeal through styling and equipment enhancements, retaining the 38 kWh battery and a certified range of 332 km.

Shadow Gold Exterior With Black Details

Windsor Indulge Edition introduces an exclusive dual-tone combination of Shadow Gold body colour and a contrasting black roof. Black ORVMs and 18-inch black alloy wheels complement the new paint finish, while Indulge badging on the C-pillar distinguishes it from other versions.

The changes retain Windsor’s familiar overall design, with the colour combination and black detailing providing the main visual differences. These elements match the appearance previewed in the images that surfaced ahead of launch.

Urban Tan Cabin, PRIVE Screen As Standard

Inside, Windsor Indulge Edition adopts an Urban Tan and Black upholstery theme. The front headrests feature Indulge embroidery, while themed cushions and neck pillows add to the edition-specific cabin package.

A key addition is the PRIVE screen for second-row occupants, which comes as standard. This rear entertainment feature builds on Windsor’s focus on rear-seat comfort, alongside its Aero Lounge seats that recline up to 135 degrees.

The cabin also features Windsor’s 15.6-inch GRANDVIEW touchscreen infotainment display. Together, the new upholstery and rear screen give Indulge Edition a distinct cabin experience without changing the basic interior layout.

MG has also announced an accessory package comprising a rear sunshade, themed 3D mats, front grille chrome accents, bumper corner protectors, body side moulding and a leather key cover. These are listed separately as available accessories; the release does not specify whether their cost is included in the announced price.

38 kWh Battery, 332 Km Certified Range

Windsor Indulge Edition uses a 38 kWh battery pack and an electric motor producing 100 kW, equivalent to 136 PS, and 200 Nm of torque. Certified range stands at 332 km, with real-world range dependent on driving conditions and usage.

The announcement confirms this battery configuration for Indulge Edition, resolving one of the questions left open by the earlier teasers. A larger-battery version of the special edition has not been announced.

Windsor Crosses 80,000 Families In Two Years

Commenting on the launch, Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India, said Windsor had encouraged buyers who were previously undecided about electric mobility to make the transition. He described its reach of over 80,000 families in 24 months as an important milestone.
