Just by the looks, the Suzuki GSX-R1000R Stealth might be one of the best-looking versions of Suzuki’s litre-class superbikes in recent memory. Only 10 units will be produced for the Stealth. The new special edition combines gloss and matt black surfaces with a handful of carefully chosen accessories. Ohh the Stealth takes an already dramatic superbike and makes it look properly sinister!
The most obvious upgrade is the exclusive full-black colour scheme. Suzuki combines gloss-black and matt-black painted surfaces, with the different finishes helping reveal the shapes of the fairing without introducing contrasting colours. There are also tone-on-tone details rather than the large racing graphics normally associated with GSX-R motorcycles.
The fuel tank gets a dedicated Stealth logo and, more importantly, the individual production number of the motorcycle. Standard GSX-R1000R already gets a lightweight titanium exhaust system as part of its latest Euro 5+ package, but the Stealth specifically receives an Akrapovic unit giving it a slight edge over the standard.
A smoked windscreen is also standard on the Stealth. There is also a single-seat cover and carbon-fibre winglets among the Stealth’s equipment. And with such a limited production run, we can sure hope we’re not seeing this one easy, like ever.
