- Contract activated at the time of purchase
- Will offer predictable ownership costs
- Transferable to new owners in case of motorcycle sale
Ducati has extended the periodic maintenance contract, called ‘Ducati Protect’ to its entire lineup in India. The brand had launched the program in April 2025, and at that time it covered only the Monster and Multistrada V4 range.
Under the program, Ducati owners will have their motorcycles serviced by Ducati-trained and certified service personnel. Customers will also receive genuine Ducati spare parts, factory-recommended lubricants, and, most importantly, a properly documented service history, which should help increase the motorcycle’s resale value.

Another benefit of enrolling in the program is getting predictable service and maintenance costs throughout the ownership period. There’s also protection against any future increases in service pricing.
The rates for the program are as follows, divided by the engine type:
|
Engine Configuration |
Ducati Protect (2 Years) |
Ducati Protect+ (4 Years) |
|
V2 |
Rs. 30,999 |
Rs. 54,999 |
|
V4 |
Rs. 30,999 |
Rs. 59,999 |
The Ducati Protect programme is a good initiative by the brand, and it should help owners to a great extent. Owning a superbike is quite expensive, and Ducatis are some of the most expensive motorcycles to own, so getting predictable service costs will go a long way in keeping the cost of ownership in check.
