  • Faired version of the GT 750 spotted
  • Likely to be called the GTR 750
  • Official debut expected towards the end of this year

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 has recently been spotted undergoing test runs in Chennai once again, with the latest test mule appearing closer to production than before. This particular test mule was seen donning a fairing at the front and is expected to be called the GTR 750.

This sighted variant gets a partially enclosed fairing around the circular headlight, along with clip-on handlebars and bar-end mirrors. It also features alloy wheels and twin black-finished exhausts. As we have observed in previous spy shots, the motorcycle gets dual front disc brakes, which should be a common trait among all upcoming 750cc RE offerings.

A slipper clutch, LED lighting, a telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers will also be a part of the package. It is also likely to get tubeless tyres and a twin-pod instrument cluster. Power will come from Royal Enfield’s new 750cc parallel-twin engine. The oil-cooled motor is expected to be a larger version of the existing 648cc unit, with an estimated output of around 50-55bhp and more than 60Nm.

The GTR 750 name has not been confirmed yet. Royal Enfield is also testing an unfaired version, which is expected to be called the Continental GT 750. A launch timeline has not been announced, although the motorcycle could make its debut by later this year or in early 2027.
